Return & Refund Policy – Lisa & Emma Sydney

At Lisa & Emma Sydney, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timelines for returns and refunds.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Trying on an item to assess fit is permitted; however, wearing the item beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.

  • Returns of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us at Support@lisaemmasydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. After your request is reviewed, you will receive the return address of our supplier or fulfillment partner, which may be located outside Australia.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees, duties, or shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lisa & Emma is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.


3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition approved, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.


5. Liability and Customer Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information provided by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Address changes or corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • Lisa & Emma Sydney cannot be held liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
